On April 21, 2010 the Department of Finance and Administration Allocation Committee announced that they Rio Arriba have awarded County a $450,000.00 Community Development Block Grant. This grant to be used in build infrastructure for the Alcalde Industrial Park Project. “I would like to thank Philip Morfin, Felicia Parker, and Paula Valdez for all their hard work and Patricio Garcia’s office, Rosemary Madrid and Henrietta Smith for assisting in the public workshops.”
